The whole point of this site is to make sure that the people I invite to my parties will know where to go, and my friends whom I book the places for, do not need a reality walk-through.
You should really dress to prepare to get wet when you book this area.

There are tons of seats around, usually I'll convert day beds into benches...

There are usually about 3 more parties going on at the same time, none if we are lucky.
But the people here are nice, either minding their own business or join in the party.
But it is always wise to come down early to reserve more seats and tables.
Please note that NONE of the above areas
are sheltered from the rain.
and there are NO power sockets nearby.
I'll usually move my people over to the sheltered area with the tables and day beds if it rains.
All guests will need access pass to go to the toilet, or to shower.
